Ilaria Gambarelli
DIRECTOR – PRODUCER – EDITOR
After studying film direction at the CECC Film School in Barcelona and working as 1st assistant director in different national and international projects, Ilaria Gambarelli founded Aretusa Films in 2013.
She works as main producer, scriptwriter and director of her first featured film called Ti offro da bere.
Under the supervision of the Iranian director Abbas Kiarostami she produced and directed the short film Porta Europa
She participated to the workshop Between fiction and documentary by the Spanish director Victor Erice and and attended a Cinema Essays workshop in EICTV of San Antonio de los Baños, by the Japanese director Naomi Kawase.
Luis Caballero
D.O.P – CAMERA – COLORIST
Luis studied photography and lightening at ESAMA in Seville and some years later at the CECC Film School in Barcelona.
He worked as cameraman and director of photography for national and international short films, long featured, documentary for tv and for cinema, videoclips, with RED, SONY and ARRI cameras.
Since the beginning of Aretusa Films he has been the person in charge of the image of almost all of the production company’s projects.
He is specialized also in coloring.
