Helena returns to her hometown in Formentera, Spain to care for her elderly father after her mother's death. She sees Pablo again, a man she still has feelings for. She meets Angela, her mother's unexpected friend. Helena embarks on an introspective journey that leads her to the real reason she left home. This film investigates women's pain as Helena reflects on a time in her youth she erased.
